Shipping policy
- Please allow a week for processing orders. After that, please allow up to 3-5 days for shipping. Please note that these are handmade and customized jewelry that take a while to make. I am a one person business at the moment but I do try my best to send packages as quickly as I can!
- Please note that after packages are dropped off at the post office, I am not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.
- If there is any confusion with your package, please call USPS first. If you have any other further questions, please ONLY EMAIL, email me:

- Please put in your correct address at checkout. If you put the wrong address, email us ASAP after your confirmed order. If you do not put in the correct address, the package will be sent back to me. You will then have to send another shipping payment, which will be on the site. But please please check addresses are correct and always contact me asap.
- If you have any issues with your order, please contact us. There are no refunds on orders but if you have any problems or concerns. A refund will be reviewed.
